One-on-one Classes
One-on-one sessions are for anyone who wants to connect with movement in a way that feels personal. It might be for a special event, a creative goal, or simply the joy of dancing without expectations. These lessons are a space to try something new, build confidence, and move in a way that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to be perfect—just room to learn, express, and enjoy.
Each session is shaped around the individual. We start with where you’re at, not where you think you should be. Whether you’ve danced before or are trying it for the first time, we meet you at your level and go from there. The focus is on comfort, connection, and flow. From the music to the movement style, every part is guided by what feels natural and enjoyable for you. We’re not aiming for performance-level choreography unless that’s your goal. We’re simply making space to move, with intention and ease.
